The Mobile Storage Tank strictly follows the requirements of Article 31 and 32 of the GMP General Principles of Good Manufacturing Practice of Medical Products (revised in 2010), and is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with Pressure Vessels (GB150-2011) and Steel Welded Normal Pressure Vessels (with Standard Interpretation) (NB/T47003.1-).
Mobile storage tanks are usually vertical round tanks, the upper are standard oval or butterfly head, the lower are standard conical, butterfly or oval head, the transition section of the inner wall of the tank are using circular transition, no hygiene dead ends, easy to clean;
Type: Single layer, double layer or jacket type ,which can be customized for customers,tank inner wall are mirror polished,meet the GMP standard.
Mobile storage tank is reasonably designed with brake casters, foot braces or forklift special tanks, and it can adopt vertical or horizontal structure, and it can be designed into square, round and other shapes according to the requirements of the customers; it is equipped with mechanical stirring.
The Characteristics of Mobile Storage Tank
• Apply to dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, grease, paint, chemical and other industries of various kinds of material liquid movement, turnover, buffer, cleaning, suitable for transport and storage of powder and liquid.
• Realize flexible mobile, with buffer storage function, and can add mixing, cleaning, heating or cooling function ; reasonable design of the brake wheel, pedal or forklift groove, suitable for raw materials or finished product of mobile, convenient off-line cleaning.
• Can be optional of single layer tank or jacket form or three layer with insulation;
• There are 75L~2000L various of specifications, it can be designed, customized according to the customers' requirements.
Mobile Storage Tank Structure
Optional Configuration: sterile air filter, thermometer (digital display type or dial), pressure gauge, sight glasses, sanitary manhole, in-outlet, CIP universal rotating cleaning ball, level gauge, etc., or configured according to customers' requirements.
