Coffee Extraction Tank strictly follows the requirements of Article 31 and 32 of the GMP General Principles of Good Manufacturing Practice of Medical Products (revised in 2010), and is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with Pressure Vessels (GB150-2011) and Steel Welded Normal Pressure Vessels (with Standard Interpretation) (NB/T47003.1-).
Coffee Extraction Tank usually uses vertical circular tank body, the top is an open structure, the bottom is standard conical head,inner wall of tank adopts circular arc transition, no dead corner, easy to clean; tank body and the bottom head is equipped with the jacket and insulation layer, tank inner wall are mirror polished, meet the sanitary standard.

• Pneumatic control self-locking type slag extraction valve not only required without leak, but also guarantee under the condition of suddenly without electricity or gas, slag discharge door won't open automatically, safe and reliable operation.
• The connection adopts Tri-clamp, the tanks’ inner use 304 or 316L. The inner surface mirror polishing Ra≤0.28μm~0.6μm, outer surface can polishing, wire drawing and sandblasting according to customers’ requirement.
