Jhenten Heat exchanger is advanced technology of hydraulic expansion method to connect the tube and the baffle. This process, to a great extent, reduces the surface damage caused by the cylinder expansion, such as hardening work and thinning of the tube in the expansion.
In addition, all of our overall two-way thin tube actually reduces pressure between tube and baffle interface in order to maintain consistency, reduce maintenance time and lengthen the service life of the equipment.
Before shipment, each heat exchanger should be tested with strict test and program file. Including the following:
●Fluid static test
●Fuel penetration test
●X ray analysis
Surface photometer to ensure that the surface roughness of mechanical and electrolytic polishing Ra below 0.25μm.
●Computer verification performance
●Detection of light and endoscopy

●Custom-design, the latest technology of water pressure pipeline expansion-no hardening in contact surface, scratches, thin walls and scars.
●Custom-design for the latest scientific and technological track welding of pipeline to pipe sheet welding seal.
●The pipe bending equipment designed by all U tube can ensure that the pipe has a good contact surface in the U curved area.
●The surface roughness of all heat exchangers is 0.6 μm to 0.3μm including the electronic grade seamless tube.
●The roughness of the sanitary welded pipe can be higher than
0.75 u m.
●The design of the U - type tube and the straight tube 100% meets the requirements of the ASME BPE 2005.
●Strict QA/QC procedures.
●The excellent document control department produces all the certification documents. Over the past 50 years, 100% of the products have been certified by FDA.
