The JTRPG Mixing Tank is designed, fabricated, and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard (NB/T 47003.1-2009). It strictly complies with the requirements of the GMP certificate.
The Mixing Tank features vertical circular tanks with standard oval and torispherical heads at the top and bottom. The transition section in the tank is designed with a circular arc transition, ensuring there are no dead corners and making it easy to clean. The tank can be single-layered, double-layered (cylinder and bottom have jacket and insulation), or equipped with a jacket (cylinder and bottom have jacket and insulation). Additionally, it can be equipped with a mechanical stirring system based on customers' preferences.
The Characterstic of Magnetic Agitator Mixing Tank
●Replacing dynamic mechanical seals with welding die static sealing sleeves completely solves the issue of leakage, ensuring no external pollution and providing a safe and simple structure. The welding die static sealing sleeves are easy to disassemble, clean, and have no dead corners.
●Even when there is only a small amount of material left to process, the stirring device at the bottom still functions effectively. The mixing blade design is unique and can accommodate various materials with a mixing speed ranging from 20 r/min to 400 r/min.
●The stirring speed can be adjusted using a frequency converter to meet the specific requirements of different processes.
●The volume of the equipment ranges from 50L to 20000L, ut can also be customized according to the specific needs of customers.b
