The design, production, and examination of the Crystallizing Tank adhere to the guidelines set by the pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard (NB/T 47003.1-2009). These standards ensure that the tank fulfills the necessary criteria for GMP certification.
Jhenten stainless steel crystallizing tanks can be equipped with jackets, coils, and insulation (can be heated, cooled, and insulated) according to different uses. The stainless steel material is made of 316L or 304, and the inner wall is electrolytic mirror polished or mechanically polished. The outer wall adopts 304 fully welded insulation structure, and the outer surface adopts mirror or matte treatment; the fully enclosed design ensures that materials are always operated in a pollution-free state.
The Characteristics of the Crystallizing Tank
●Volume: 600L to 20000L, and support customize according to specific needs.
●To improve the crystallization process, our tanks are designed with paddles that have a curved shape. Additionally, these paddles make it easier to discharge the materials.
●The tanks are equipped with jackets that can be filled with either steam or cold media to high effciency and convenient operation.
●To ensure cleanliness, our tanks are fitted with hydrophobic ventilation filters that have a pore size of 0.2 um. These filters can withstand high temperature steam sterilization. Furthermore, the tanks come with a pressure gauge for monitoring safety.
●For a secure seal, the agitating shaft is equipped with a sanitary mechanical seal.
●Frequency control is commonly used in these motors to regulate speed.
Structure
Crystallizing Tank can configure 0.2μm hydrophobic sterile air filter, thermometer (Digital display or Dial type), 2 sight glasses, steam sterilization hole, sanitary manhole, liquid in-outlet, CIP rotating cleaning ball, liquidometer and Liquid level control system(Bearing module, non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmitting device) and so on, also can configure as customers' requirement.
